It freezes, shuts down in the middle of games then I lose everything. You really need to fix this game because right now its a piece of crap.... I will be deleting, and by the other reviews I aint the only one having issues...

Awesome game

I really love this game, but it has become WAY too frustrating! EVERYTIME I play, it shuts me down after every game! I have to restart every time and worst of all, I lose my tickets and many other prizes I have won. Would like to keep playing but it just is no longer worth the aggravation! Help??

Just loaded app and it wont open. Immediately crashes.

It constantly stalls during games. Happens on all my devices regardless of connection. Missing calls. It was great, but something changed in the past month. No longer usable.

I love this game, I cant stop playing! I love the colors and the style and it keeps you coming back for more. So fun to pass the time with.

I love playing this game but it is always loosing connection or crashing when I have full service. I believe that we should be refunded the tickets that are lost when the game loses connection! Its not fair because sometimes Im down to my last tickets and then it would crash and Id loose everything!

At first it was ok and then it kicked me out twice while only playing for like 10 seconds they had only called out like 2-3 balls. I uninstalled it. Very unsatisfied.

It crashes ALL THE TIME! Usually right before I win or right after. It works fine on my galaxy note5 but on my iPad it screws me every time.

This game is fun to play, but also very aggravating. It kicks you off line in the middle of winning. I deleted and re-installed still has the freeze up issues. Dont like waiting so long to collect tickets to play, freezes up and kicks off line before giving your winnings.

I spent my money to get the power up. I get the number for the free bingo several times in one game. No credit for bingoes. Lost my money lost the lives I played with and lost the lives I would have won. Ruined game for me

I like it! Cliffhanger is one of my favorites, especially the yodeling. LOL

Most frustrating app!!!!! Games are fun, fast paced and eye appealing. Bounces me out every game now. Have eight big wheel spins that I can not spin for. Have been hoping for a few months now that these problems would be corrected. Sorry to say Ive given up!

Annoying that the big wheel spin still crashes fix it

It is fun to play but it is also very frustrating when you get enough bongos to spin the wheel to get a prize the game crashes. Just not fair. I have bought coins and other packages so I could continue to play & the game crashes and it seems that nobody cares because nobody is doing anything about it. Would I recommend this game, absolutely not. please fix this game. I notice you would like me to purchase packages, cant do that cant play game

Are you EVER going to fix the glitches in this game?????? How many of the same reviews need to be posted before you fix this game! Good game but VERY aggravating!!!

I had an issue with an In app purchase and contacted support but I have yet to hear anything from the company after 2 weeks.
